20261 Washtenaw
Our first project, 3 bed 1 bath Washtenaw proved to be less turnkey than we thought. New roof, Furnace, kitchen plumbing, and Garage structural supports had to be installed to bring to appropriate living condition. Total renovation and purchase price nearly broke $100,000. She now rents for $1495 per month.
Morang Ave
Our most ambitious venture, Morang Ave is a neglected, abandoned 7 unit building on the edge of Harper Woods, MI. Large renovations must be done (200k) in order to bring this building to HUD standards. Gross rents with a fully occupied section 8 tenancy are $75,600 per year.
18572 Roscommon
A simple 2 bed 1 bath, Roscommon is our second property. With just a coat of paint and a $64,000 purchase price, she now rents for $1213 per month.
